Registration

The symposium will be held in person. If you wish to participate in the symposium, please apply at the reception desk on the day of the symposium. If you are planning to give a poster presentation (Activities at HiSOR), please apply separately using the method below.

Submission of Poster Presentation

Please send the following information by "e-mail" (hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp ; _at_==>@) with the mail subject of "Poster Presentation Submission".

The deadline for the submission of poster presentation is 7th February, 2025.

Abstract Submission

We would like to ask all the participants to submit the abstract. Please send the abstract by e-mail to hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp (_at_==>@) by 25th February, 2025.

Flash Poster Session and Poster Session

All the students are invited to give a short oral presentation (~2 min.) in the Flash Poster Session on March 6th. We will choose the best student poster award. The Student Presentation Award will be announced at the Closing Session on March 7th.
A PDF file (1~2 page) for Flash Poster Session should be submitted to the HiSOR office via e-mail (hisor_at_hiroshima-u.ac.jp ; _at_==>@) by Feb. 28th. Because the time for the Flash Poster Session is limited, all the PDF files will be saved in a laptop computer by the executive committee members in advance. In order to notify the result to the winners, all the students are requested to send their contact information (mobile phone number, e-mail address) to the HiSOR office via e-mail upon submission of the PDF file.

Deadline for short oral presentation file is 28th February, 2025.

The Best Student Poster Award

We will choose the best student poster award.
The Student Presentation Award will be announced at the closing session (3/7).

Costs

Registration is free of charge.
If you attend the Banquet(Reception Hall(Faculty Club)) on Thursday night, please pay in cash (Japanese yen only) at the registration desk.

Banquet fee
Student: 2,000 yen
Regular: 4,000 yen
